Anyway to recover deleted account?

I was aware that accounts are disabled if they are not frequently active but I tried to sign into my account which uses the email address stopurtalkin@hotmail.com and it says that this email is not registered, so I am guessing that it has been deleted. Is there anyway I can recover my database?
