Apache Functioning Normally NO WORDPRESS

Hi, my site http://axi.x10.mx is force 301 redirecting to HTTPS. I am not using Wordpress or any site builder. I have also tried multiple .htaccess rewrites from https to http which don't help. Can I get some help reenabling HTTP?

The redirect should now be removed, you may need to clear browser cache if you still see it.
