Apache http is offline..

Please help.

Can someone (x10hosting staff) please tell me why I am getting so many offline.....without an notification?

I know it is free to get an account x10hosting.com but this does not mean ...I should get many offline hours for many times.

Does anyone else have any suggestion... Do I need to pay x10hosting just to get 99% online?

Cossacks is just offline. That's all. Not sure how long it will be till it is back online again.

I still would like to find out..why there is many down time for Cossacks server?
I can not believe this is so painfull ...specially when I am starting to have some visitor to my web site.....
cheesh... can I move to another staple server? less offline/downtime?

Not sure why it is down, bin tryin 2 find out myself but Cossacks is unfortunately not the only server that is down at the moment. Lotus is also down and Stoli might be aswel.

Dont know what is causing all these problems!?!

My guess is that the servers are constantly busy, and is constantly receiving traffic... making apache crash, or overload...
Usually an x10 admin reboots the server when this happens... It normally should be back momentarily.
Like you, I am also a Linux admin, but I also am a Novell NetWare admin too.
Lol.

But yea, that's my guess on why the server is going offline.
It could also be because of the recent changes made to the servers.

What about paying members are they having the same issues as the free members?

Yep Lotus is down for me too. Can still access CPanel through 216.245.223.218:2082 (IPort), but can't really view page. I'm not sure if apache is down, but the nameservers are not redirecting.

Linux admin too.

We are recovering from some major dns issues, Richard had solved a dns problem earlier today this is probably why your sites have been having troubles connecting. If you get any major problems, i recommend creating a ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com
