Hello,
When I try to access my website, I get an "Apache is functioning normally" message.
Now, I understand the rule of logging in every 30 days and I do log in frequently, however, a couple of weeks ago we actually had the domain taking you to some spam website so I had to deactivate the dns routing to x10's servers to stop it, as I just don't understand DirectAdmin quite well and I don't know if the spam is that someone hacked my account or if this is legitimate advertising from x10. I've also been logging in occasionally to fiddle with DirectAdmin, but I couldn't get the website running quite well since then, even if the ippd.x10.mx domain still took us to the spam website.
I changed something again today and now the ippd.x10.mx website doesn't take me to the spam anymore and takes me to the apache is functioning normally message. The spam somehow went away, but now I have no idea how to get my wordpress installation up and running. Does this require a kind of reactivation from moderators? Also, is this somehow linked to email not working via imap?
We run an NGO and while we would like to pay for hosting but its a bit hard as its an admin expense and not a project expense, something local laws do not allow us to do with donations (I know, its nonsense). Hence, x10 has offered us a very valuable service for the past few years that we and our beneficiaries greatly appreciate. If this is the end, thank you for it, if not, thanks even more for allowing us to continue our mission.
Thank you and best regards,
