I most likely fall under the not using the community site that often, as I just used it for a static HTML site and testing changes for the premium site.

When trying to logon to the new panel I get -

However, can you get access to the backups? Sort of doh moment, when I should have backed up off-site!! I don't appear to be able to sFTP on

I also have a premium site that I use more often.

Note that logins to the community is not going to count towards keeping an account active, only logins at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login does count.

I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.
