Hi,
As instructed I create a new thread for my website myidealparis.com which states:
"Apache is functioning normally" on myidealparis.x10.mx
On myidealparis.com it gives a 522 Cloudflare error.
Thanks

I'll have to assume you are having two accounts since you have two posts from the same forum user about two accounts.
This is not allowed as by our ToS. You appears to be lucky it was not caught earlier as having more then one account is a suspendable offense.
ToS said:
Multiple Accounts
Users detected to have multiple accounts may be suspended without notice. If you are an educational institution or non-profit that will be accessing multiple accounts from a single location please contact us so we can mark your accounts accordingly.

The sites you post about here is not related to the forum account currently used.

They are two apartments for rent of DIFFERENT owners which require two separate domains. I used one support account because we are relatives. If it's a problem, I do apologize, I did not know let me know what to do.

You could absolutely have had both domains under the same account, which would not have been flagged.

You as an individual is not allowed more then one account, further more you are not allowed to resell, store, or give away x10Hosting services in part or in whole to other parties, the free service is for personal use.

The relative could have gotten their own account as well, and managed it on their own.

So is it possible with free service having two domains on one account?
Please note that the two accounts were created at years of distance and run by different persons. Only the support request has been submitted by one person.

Yes, a free hosting account can have up to three domains (the main, or default, domain and two separately added extra), plus a pointer (alias) domain.

Support requests should always come through from the forum account that is linked so we know that it is the actual owner who makes the request, this is especially important if the request involves making any major changes on the account. It would be rather bad if the wrong person managed to have us delete something under the premises he or she was unable to on the account.

I actually see the accounts as being created about 4 months apart, both accessed at the same times and from the same IPs, which would support that the accounts are handled by the same person.

In fact the 1st account was created years before on another hosting platform from which it was migrated here.
As said we are relatives and live in the same house. Hope it would ne ok to restore the 2nd account which among others uses very small resources.
I am currently experiencing login issues in order to see if I can add a new domain to this account:

"An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry"

However, the websites are different it's not just a matter of multiple domains.
