When I checked my website earlier this month, I noticed my website (http://cadillactim.com/) would no longer display my website, instead displaying the message "Apache is functioning normally."

I have tried logging into my free hosting account to try and diagnose the problem myself, but I can't seem to be able to access any part of my account past the login screen anymore; I was able to access Quick FTP info in an attempt to retrieve my site files, but the login information provided didn't work when entered into my FTP client (although there is a chance this is user error).

I first noted this issue at the beginning of March 2020, but it may have occurred as early as any time in February. Many thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this issue!

Some users were affected by an inactivity suspension during the transfer of the servers.

@Anna can you please look if this account was affected by an inactivity suspension?

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.
