My site says "Apache is functioning normally" and there is nothing there, and when I try to ftp in it fails.

And cPanel errors with "An error has occurred forwarding your sign in."

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.
I'm also having this issue

Thank you, but I do not think I went that long without logging in, not 60 days. Hmm.

Things got a little screwy during the transfer. That's why x10 made backups and we're doing these restores. Please make sure to log in every month from now on because normally backups do not get made of deleted accounts.

Prior to March 5th the last login was noted on December 2nd. Note that only logins through our mainsite will count towards activity
