Looks like my account was also suspended due to inactivity (same as a few others here) - wasn't aware that was a thing. Any chance I can have it restored please? Will be better at logging in in future.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.

I'll have a chat with admins, but it is possible that since the Illuminated plan was put to rest long ago accounts are now put back on regular free plan. As far as I know none of the users that initially bought it had a renewal option to keep paying but got to stay on that server anyways.

Thanks for the response. I'm able to log in now, but the CPanel won't load. Is there anything else I need to do?

I attached the error I get when I try to access the CPanel (via the link you shared). I cleared my browser cache and have tried it in different browsers/incognito too.

The retry link just kicks me out to the login page.

Looks like you made an upgrade to premium, is that correct?

If not, you should now be able to login properly to the free server.
