Hi everyone,
I have been reading other threads and I understand that I receive this error
"Apache is functioning normally"
Is there any way to retrieve it and return the linked website?
I have logged in from the x10hosting control panel.
Login but when the button is activated
"Open Cpanel"
Forward me to the following URL
https://x10hosting.com/sso/main/caf
with the following message:
"Sign in Successful
_____________________
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry "

And I can't access my site, or the CPanel, to restore it to its normal state or make a backup.
I have not received any email communicating these changes, my last entry I think was on February 14, I would like to recover my site for my business.

Website: http://jmlpintores.x10.mx

@Anna
Now I get the following error when pressing the button CPanel https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN :(

Thank you so much.

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.
