Hello, my website http://alpine.x10host.com was also purged, and I have
tried to reach this support page unsuccessfully for weeks now. Is it
possible to restore access to my site? I have backups for it, if you do
not have them. I just need access restored. I am already aware of the
reason why it was purged, but I am asking it to be restored at this time.

Please observe that I have two email addresses associated to my account.
Originally I signed in with the account *REDACTED* but once I
closed that email account I switched it to use *REDACTED.
Therefore, you will find that to access cpanel, I use the
*REDACTED* account, but to login to this forum I had to use
*REDACTED*. I assumed for weeks that I had to use
*REDADCTED* to login to this forum, but then it occurred to me that
I had to use an account which I have not used in years to login here.
That's why it has taken me so long to ask for assistance, even though I
had tried many times to login to this forum.

I appreciate your support. Thank you for your attention.

Your account is currently being restored and should be done in a few minutes.

If you wish to update the email for the forums you can do so by hoovering over your username in the upper right corner, then click "Contact Details".

Thank you Anna for your very quick reply. I appreciate the account being restored and the directions to update my email address, which I have already followed successfully.

Have a great day!

@alpinex3 I edited your post to remove your email addresses. You should make sure to make your email difficult for web scrapers to pick up, or else you'll get on some spammer list.

eg. something[dot]else[at]domain[nospam]com

It's not guaranteed, but at least you'll keep the cruddy bots away.
