Hi, I've been noticing that I can't change files through my ftp cliente nor file manager in DirectAdmin. What I mean is that can't see the changes I made reflected on my current site, so I did read some things and found out I needed to change to some of the IPs you provide on my custom domain:

x11 = 198.91.81.11
x12 = 198.91.81.12
x13 = 198.91.81.13
x14 = 198.91.81.14
x15 = 198.91.81.15

I did try all of them but it's the same result: Apache is functioning normally.
Wich it seems my domain is not registered on your servers and can't reach my files.
And the domain you provided me when I signed up, yuyis.x10.mx, still reach my files from the back up servers. Fortunately I was able to get to these files trough my ftp client using this IP 198.91.81.6, which it is the same as the ip of my custom domain points to.

How can I reach my files on the current server I am?? Thank you.

Your current server is x15.

The x10.mx domain should now properly point to the new server.

Your custom domain needs to be pointed to 198.91.81.15

The old servers remain online for the time being, but won't for much longer as far as I am informed.

So weird. It doesn't seems to be working at all. The x10.mx domain still reaches files from the old server despite the hostname points to the new IP. And my custom domain doesnt' serves any files from my current directory and keeps saying the same thing. I have deleted the content of my public_html folder of my two domains and put an index.html file with some text. Don't know what's going on

Propagation, together with cache (both browser as well as cloudflare for your custom domain), can delay showing current content. It may be wise to temporarily disable the cloudflare proxy.

On the x10.mx domain I see a text saying "It's finally working" right now.

And now I see the same on the custom domain after forcing browser to renew with ctrl+f5 (works in chrome and firefox to force to reload without cache if I'm not mistaken)

Thank you so much.
I have done a http request via "curl --header "Host: malaa.ga" http://198.91.81.15" and it did work. So I was thinking it could be some cache issue.

Now with your answer i'm completely sure it was that.

Thank you so much. Sorry for the inconvienent.
