Resolved Apache is functioning normally

i seem also to have is issue,can my account be restored.

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active.

Two weeks ago, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the last 60 days prior, your account was well outside that 60 day mark and even more so outside of the 30 day requirement for free hosting.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Thursday last week, though we extended it a little bit extra.

Prior to our purging the last note I can see is you setting up the account on November 17th. If you never logged in after initial setup there may be no account to restore at all. I'll ask head admin if there is one however.

Hi Anna,
we are not quite there with this one yet,
i can now access direct admin,and connect with my ftp client,i can see my index.html file sat in the public_html folder on the server end,
however my x10 website address is still only displaying Apache is functioning normally
am i missing something or failing to do something.

You might need to clear cache.

I see a page with red text (video jukebox home page) on white background.
