I am having the same issue. My site is only showing "Apache is functioning normally" If I try to access a page directly like contact.php i get error 404 page not found? I have logged in today to my admin and didn't get any errors so don't think my account has been locked.

I see you are using cloudflare for your custom domain, which points to the default domain and should thus show the same content (the default domain works fine), have you updated the DNS on cloudflares site to reflect you are on a new server, with a new IP? The IP of your server is: 198.91.81.15
Ps. you apparently do not have the same issue as the post you decided to piggyback on, you may have a similar symptom, but the issue is clearly not the same as you would not have been able to login to your admin if you had. Always create your own thread.

Hello, Thank you for your reply. I had updated the ip address on cloudflare before I posted but I am still getting this error.
I have now cleared the cloudserver cache but it has had no effect. I haven't changed anything on the site so I don't understand why the pages aren't displaying.
Just noticed that the page that loads from the default domain is an old page even though I have cleared the cache on my browser and cloudflare?

The default domain, should load properly from the new server. Did you make any changes from an admin panel of your site before you changed the IP of your domain? If so those changes would have been done to the old server, assuming you access the site on the custom domain to make changes.
Also if you made changes through ftp, what host were you using? New server means that if you have xo#.x10hosting.com as host in your ftp client would load the data onto the old server rather then the new server.
For troubleshooting purposes, could you please temporarily disable the cloudflare cache? That way some things can be ruled out easier.

My question about changes was in regards to you mentioning that the default domain showed an old site, which it only would do if you at some point after December made any changes on the wrong server. The old servers are still online for backup purposes.
Your custom domain still appears to be loading from the cloudflare servers, but the custom domain currently show the exact same content as your default domain without any problems.

Yes, all accounts were automatically put on php version 7.2 with common extensions enabled.
You can change version under "Extra Features".
I also noticed that you had every file and folder inside public_html set to 777 (this makes them writable to the world and poses a security risk), so I changed them to the default options.
