For some reason SSL was not enabled on your account and domain, which would have lead to that result on going to the https address.

I have corrected that and enabled it, though you might want to look into sorting a valid cert by going to "Account Manager" -> "SSL Certificates". You can read more about that option here: https://community.x10hosting.com/community/threads/ssl-for-free-hosting.208529/

Thank you so much for your quick fix. Now I have another issue. my pointer when I type "https://mohtel.com" , the site address open as mohtel.x10host.com instead mohtel.com. Can you please fix this as well.
I believe this is a configuration, or coding, issue. I don't know what script you are using though, if it is a CMS of some kind you would probably have somewhere to set what domain it should use as its main domain, right now all internal links does use the x10host.com domain which would likely be what is currently set as the main domain (would have been done so if it was installed using that domain for instance).
