apache mod rewrite

hi, i am delphos, kizuna-anime.co.cc's admin, and i install joomla in my domain and i can't use my Search Engine Friendly URLs, Use Apache mod_rewrite and my Add suffix to URLs 's modules.
i need your help to me with this problem, i don't write in english correctly my primary language is the spanish and i am writing with all my basic english.
