Hello, i've been suspended and submitted an appeal yesterday, what's the status of it? You were quick on suspending me after uploading 14 files (according to filezilla).

On a side note: Can i have a .zip of the public_html folder?

Hi forumsx6,

I'm afraid we cannot provide a backup for suspended accounts. Instead, you will need to wait for a response from our Abuse Team in regards to your appeal, who is normally fairly swift in responding. :)

Thank you,

Ok, i've spent a very long time working on the scripts and that is the only place I have them.

I've looked back and confirmed your dispute was processed and closed 16 hours and 45 minutes ago (give or take a few minutes); it was marked as denied due to the proxy that had been uploaded, along with there not being a license key in the IPB install (IPB provides a license key on all purchased licenses, so it's an indication this may have been an unlicensed/not legal install). As a result, we wouldn't be able to provide backups as per section 6 of our Terms of Service:

System Backups
Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the Terms outlined on this page.

While I recognize that this is an unfortunate situation, we cannot make an exception and provide a zip of the public_html, as this would be unfair to the others who were suspended for Terms of Service violations and unable to retrieve backups.

Edit: I forgot to note that the account panel page that shows you were suspended should also be displaying the dispute you sent in along with its response; with few exceptions, disputes are handled within 24 hours, and yours had been answered after about three.
