Are softaculous customer support section systems allowed?

Hello again!

My question is like in the title: Are softaculous customer support section systems allowed?
I already read couple of times x10hosting.com ToS and Privacy policy and it is perfectly clear that users of free hosting are not allowed to use any chat scripts, chat systems etc. because of the mysql load and so on. I've read a lot of threads in the forum why we (users) are not allowed to use them and I don't want to have any troubles with that . But because I found that this systems are available for install, I just want to make sure that it is ok with x10hosting.com to use them. It is not so important to me and I can live without using them but it will be a good option for my site to have something like live connection if somebody want to get in touch with me faster. The traffic definetely won't be a lot probably a user or two for a day . Just in case if it is not allowed to use them: I know that already is written in some threads what to use but if somebody can give me an option which doesn't use irc (I really don't know how to use it - believe me or not), I will appreciate it.

Hello,

Any chat scripts that are now listed in softaculous are safe for use. We've removed the ones that are not allowed to be used.

Thank you very much for your answer. I will give them a try now. Please, don't disable my account in case something goes wrong - just contact me and I will remove it forever . As I said I will use one of this only because it will be a good option to have on my site, but won't be a problem to remove it if needed. Once more thank you for your clear answer. Happy holidays
