Hi are these details correct for a ftp connection i am asking becuase i get this error in filezilla is it me?

Error: Connection timed out
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Username : cpanel username - bsb1

Port : 21

Yes, those details are correct. I'm not sure why you're getting that error...

try using lotusnew.x10hosting.com as your host, and making sure your password is correct (I've confirmed that your username is)

Since from the log it seems you are getting authed OK, I don't plan to go back and forth about your credentials. Try seeing if your FTP client has an option for passive mode, and select it. Or, post back that you don't have one and what client you are using.
