Areo Theme

Ok, I am giving my website an areo theme. I have a background for my pages, But what I need is a vista application that is blank, so I can put my text and menu there. I also need a wordpress areo theme.
Also: Is there a free vista button creator? I looked at VIsta-button, but it's $50.

Could I please have some help?
