But i can see the file in the Directory Listing and on the FTP-Folder.
This only happens to "aspx" files, all others that is tested work fine.

asp.net has a few issues. The admins know, but asp.net isn't a priority now.
Also make sure your case is exact. Unlike windows, linux filenames are case sensitive.
