Hi,

Since I don't even get the "Apache" message, I assume my web site was deleted. http://thewagners.elementfx.com I can log in, but am shown a link to CPanel which never opens.

I assume I need create a new account, but that's not available yet, right?

Will I need to create a whole new login or just create a new web page?

Between December 2nd and June 21st you did not login to the account once, this lead it to be marked as inactive and purged in early March. The automated suspension system is halted during our maintenance, the login requirement (once every 30 days) has always been there however, so in early January the account would have been eligible for a suspension, and then 21 days later, by end of January it would have been terminated by the automated system.

Due to this being halted we did run a manual purge in early March (it was started the 4th) and since your account did not have any logins the the 60 days prior to the purge it was terminated as inactive.

Due to there being no warning emails as those are part of the automated, currently halted, system we said we'd this time allow for a restore if requested within reasonable time.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

Thanks Anna! I figured I was toast since I'd not logged in for so long....

You know there's a 'but' coming don't you?

It looks like I can now at least log into the FTP server at x15.x10hosting.com (which I could not before). But my old web site won't load and when I log into https://x10hosting.com/sso/main, I get the cPanel link, but clicking that button results in a new page that says "sign in successful" but also this:

Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

Please try to log in using https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222

This link will NOT count as a login. If you use this link only, you will be suspended and your account may be deleted. Please only use this as a diagnostic measure.

Hi Garrett, I tired the link you supplied but my username/password is not accepted there.

Just for fun, I logged in at x10hosting.com/sso/main and then tried the x15.x10hosting link but that still did not work; received the message:

"Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again".

Just checked again and so far all seems to be working! My web site is now active and I when I log into x10hosting I end up redirected to DirectAdmin!!!

Thanks for all your hard work saving me from my ineptitude!

Great! If you have an issue, sometimes clearing your browser's cache may resolve it. If it doesn't just let us know.
