Hi -
Since the migration, I have been unable to access the cPanel or use my FTP Client due to (what appears to be) failed authentication issues. I thought I'd wait till things settle down, but still no success.

When going to the Login screen, the system appears to recognise me, presumably via my email address (smmlta.x10host.com) - screen shots attached. However when clicking on "Open cPanel", I get the "Sign in Successful" screen but with an error - see attachment. Also, when trying to access via my FTP client (using the listed credentials and parameters), I receive an authentication error - see attachment. Can you help?

Your last prior login was in November. In December, your account was eligible for suspension, followed by deletion in January. Pending deletions were processed in March, and restorations were done until April. Please don't wait for things to get really bad before you ask for help; these things only take a few minutes and you very nearly missed your chance to have a restoration at all!

In the future, make sure you log in once every 30 days (not once a month). Only logins to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main count; FTP and forum logins do not count. Please do not rely on email reminders as they can be blocked, sent to spam, or as in this case, not sent.

I'm requesting an admin look at your account for possible restoration.

Many many many thanks. Yes, I will ensure frequent logins to avoid suspension/deletion.
x10Hosting is a great service for us novice web users. Thanks again, Ray

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.
