Authentication Required?

I've set up my website, but when somebody tries to view it they get a password/account prompt.

Why isn't my site viewable?

I've tried deleting the .htaccess already..

It's a popup type window prompt?

yes, it's a little window pop-up.

It says the server on chopin.x10hosting.com needs a password for the cpanel, even when they go to the index.html of my site :S
