Auto-suspension - not able to unsuspend, and how to request a restore?

I was auto-suspended for inactivity during the server move because my forum and hosting accounts were not linked. After the server move, I linked them, and logged in and out of my forum account multiple times. I then requested an unsuspension. Last time I did that it only took a few minutes. It's been two days now. Also, how can I request a restore of my account (<warriorsalive.x10hosting.com>, Allison3)? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

The reason it does take longer this time is accounts that were suspended when the moves started have not been automatically restored, we do that as they are requested.

I'll start the process and update you when it's been restored and active again.

EDIT: This is gonna take a bit longer as it appears we'll have to dig up the files on the backup server, and I do not have direct access to that.

I'm currently running a restore of your files, does seem to wanna take its time though.
If I remember I'll update this thread once it is done, can't say how long, but I'd guess no sooner then a few hours.
