I was not able to log in to my x10hosting account for two days and my account got suspended. This was the reason given:

"You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspend."

Once every month? If you people have terms to suspend accounts due to inactivity for two days, you HAVE to state that. Otherwise, this is pure fraud. This is the SECOND time happening to me. Please fix this issue.

Note that only logins to the forums (here) counts as activity.

If you request unsuspension and DO NOT login here right after, or preferably prior to, the request the system will still see the previous login which is more then 31 days back as the last login upon a check.

Well, that was not stated in the reason I was given the first or the second time. The first time my account got suspended, I just gave a request and it got back online the next day. Please, I do not want this to happen, even if I log on to my account so frequently. Thanks.

You have to log into these forums and browse around for a minute so the server can register that you have been online. Logins to the account panel or cPanel do not count as logins in the inactivity suspension rule.

They did outline this very topic in the Terms of Service that you agreed to when you signed up. If you didn't read them then it is your own fault, not X10s. You ticked the box, so you legally agreed:

7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10-day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://forums.x10hosting.com at least ONCE every 31 days. Accounts must also have a working website within one week.

I meant this:

"You currently have an unsuspension request pending."

Which was my previous unsuspension request, and it was unsuspended, but the account still says that its pending. This is what I get if i click View Status:

action status Finished
information Unsuspension of your hosting account.
result This action completed successfully.
So I'm unable to request unsuspension due to this. Thanks for your replies, really appreciate if you resolved my issue. Thanks again.
