I cant get past the login page, as avast antivirus says there is malware detected, I cant seem to find any way to add exceptions to avast and it wont let me bypass. The community rating is positive but still malware is apparently detected. I dont think I am counted as logging in, so my account will probably be suspended because of this. Any ideas or solutions?

thanks in advance.

Hey mershcra,

What URL are you getting this at? We'll take a look.

I also use avast anti software but I have never gotten any warnings like you mention from logging in. Maybe your browser is infected?

this is what it looks like: http://imgur.com/Y2Bqa1x it looks more like an advert than anything, and as you can see on the right hand side is my actual avast saying the site is fine. However there is nothing I can do to get rid of the red box and continue on to website. Its possible I have infected browser or something I will look into it, but I havent seen anything like this on any other site so far.

I've seen that before; the page causing the popup is either vox.x10hosting.com:2083 or vox.x10hosting.com:2084, as the page -after- sso/login is the cpanel page. This is due to a false-positive flag within Avast, likely due to them marking the entire server as malicious (Vox used to be the High-Risk server, which also caused it to have a higher-than-normal number of phishing or other malicious page types present). I've reported it to them as a false-positive multiple times, but it sporadically ends up still coming up malicious. The warning can either be ignored, or you can add it to the Avast Exceptions list within the web scanner and that should solve the problem (it did for me, although I do remember having to do some putzing about to get it to accept it the first time).
