Backup / Account Restoration?

Hello! FileChimp has been a great success with x10. We are very thankful for what you have provided us with, and we will always be. It appears that one of the website's operators did not read the TOS, he did a mistake. We would like one of following from you (if possible):
- A full account backup
- Unsuspension with removal of the Proxy Scripts and the other things that would violate the terms.

I will have a talk with this website operator and explain that he needs to read the TOS and the Privacy Policy. We are sorry for any damage we have caused you.

Sorry, suspensions for major violations of the T.O.S. are not lifted.

You cannot access your site for a backup of files or databases.

You cannot access your site to remove the offending files.

Your account will remain suspended until it is purged from the system sometime after 14 days.

And just to add, your entire -site- violates the TOS, not just the proxy.

If you had read the TOS you would've seen file hosting is against the rules.

Well then,
at least RIVAL allowed me to get a backup from my suspended site, they just sent me a zip with all the sites and databases to me. I thought x10 were better than RIVAL . We wish to continue the file host elsewhere but without the uploaded files we will have to start from scratch. there was about 100mb of files that were not backed up. We have now found a host that allows this and are gladly welcoming us. Please can someone send a backup?

Kom igen Anna, vi är båda Svenskar. Snälla. Finns det något alternativ att betala för att få det? Det skulle vara jättebra om vi kunde komma överrens om ett sätt att lösa detta på ett moget sätt. Jag vet att ni har regler men vad är egentigen rätt att göra i den här situationen? Jag är bara 15, precis flyttat till USA och har börjag High School precis, och jag skulle mycket gärna vilja ha en ny chans på en annan hosting provider. Det e ett 50-tal användare som har laddat upp filer som mycket gärna skulle vilja ha kvar dom.

Come on Anna, we're both Swedish. Please. Is there any alternative to pay to get it? It would be great if we could agree to solve this in a mature way. I know you have rules but is it really the best thing to do in this situation? I am only 15 years old, just moved to the states and just started High School. I would really like another chance at another hosting provider. There are about 50 users who uploaded files who would really like to keep them.

Begging will do you no good, rules apply the same to all.

We have zero tolerance for these things, and it is clearly stated in the TOS. The account will remain suspended until removed from the servers.

Just thought I'd share my new file hosting site with everyone.
Any tips just please tell me here.
You can upload mp3, jpg, gif, torrents, anything on the site.
Only limitations are 100mb maximum file size.

You went bragging about your site. Telling everybody to upload what they wanted. You also had no restrictions on the content.

Interesting that you mention another host who kicked you off. Didn't learn your lesson, did you.

This is being handled in a mature way. The intentional breaking of rules has consequences in the adult world. Welcome to it.
