Backups

Excuse me, but how do you make a backup using the cPanel ? When i try to use the R1Soft feature i get this.

Warning! You are attempting to use an invalid control panel ID to login.
ALL LOGIN ATTEMPTS WILL FAIL.
If you think you are seeing these messages in error, please contact your Backup Manager administrator.

What am i doing wrong ?

Using cPanel only:

1. Use the File Manager to Compress your public_html directory and download that using the File Manger
2. Use phpMyAdmin to export your database

Yes Anna, i can and there is a backup there, hope i dont need it but its nice to see it here. Thank you so much for your continued efforts.
