BIG PROBLEM - page stopped working

Hello I have a BIG problem with the page stopping to work

cawabonga.x10.mx is a WordPress account I have that is connected to the domain zemiabreu.com, somehow it has stopped working, before everything worked well for the page, and now it just shows blank

i can nopt access admin, back end, nothing to try to fix this


How can I fix this ?

somehow it started working, is there any way to get more space, so I can make a backup of the WordPress? the WP plugin it does not allow me to do a backup because of lack of space store the backup so i can download it

staff might increase you, but you should make sure of a few things,
- you dont have any previous backups, zipped files that are taking up space.
- check that all files are used by your website and not for storage.
- account must be at least 7 days old
- website would need to be reviewed by a staff member.

another cause of a blank page (error 500) is wrong php version.
or a corrupt file/plugin

Thanks for the answer, yes the usage is that, but it does not allow me to do a backup because of lack of space, to do one, the increase can only be temporary as long as I can make a backup,

-no previous backups
-just checked the files, all being used
-the account has like 3 or 4 years,

how can I put the website for review by a staff member ?
