Blank SMF forum serverly damaged

When I inserted all codes that TheMan177 it works buit the forum still has that blank page problem, but less often.

Odd, that query seemed to always solve it completely for me. Can you jump into admin and confirm that the 'disable hostname lookups' option is indeed checked?

Is there anything in Apache's error logs?
