Hello, Ok I made a brand new template and I made it in CSS. It took me a while to understand it a bit, but I did it. Tell me if its good or not and what i should change such as colors and stuff.

I agree, <center>, <br>, and <font> tags aren't really used anymore because CSS is a much better way to do it. Also, if you are going to use those, make sure you close the tags when your one. So instead of <br> make sure you use <br />. I would also replace the tables, divs are lot better and cleaner. I only use tables for tabular data. The overall design isn't overly impressive and it won't stand up with all the other web sites of other hosting services on the web. Hopes this help.

I am sorry, but hosting links are not allowed.
I would have said ok, bcause it was a temaplte, but I noticed that your Paypal is fully working for your packages.
I see that you need help on .css though.
