Blocked by facebook

It's most likely due to prior abuse.
Someone in the past probably used a subdomain of the same domain as you do, and used it for spamming or anything else facebook didn't approve of so the domain itself got blocked. All you can do is contact facebook and appeal to them that they removed the block.
On a side note, for all support requests please use the forum account linked with your hosting, this forum account does not have a linked account.
