Blog Missing, Asking for Installation

I've had a blog for a while now, but for some reason, it suddenly started asking me to install it while I was updating it. The content of the blog cannot be accessed, and I can no longer administrate it. Now I'm not sure what to do.

My latest back-up is from a week or so ago, so I'm missing quite a good chunk of stuff. I just made a back-up of the database, just in case something goes wrong. Can anyone help me out here?

Corey mentioned that there were some issues with the cPanel script they used to transfer accounts as well as problems with backup restores which have to wait until Monday since their vendor is closed on weekends, and from what I read they have quite the headache atm.
