Blog not working after suspension

Everything was working fine before suspension, but after this i see this below error

Error establishing a database connection


can some one please help me on this how to solve it.

After unsuspension request is filed, it may take a few minutes extra for the mySQL to start accepting your accounts request again. If it still fails 30 minutes after unsuspension, it's reason to wonder why.
