im not sure lol, its not a site, its a webdesign. Let the moderator choose. Cause its just artwork to me cause its not apart of an actual website justa template demo.

It's fine here as he is asking for a web design review. Looks good, 7/10.

It's just not 'modern' enough for my liking, but other people may have a different term of what 'modern' means.

Im sorry Ive got to say I dont like it much either. Im no expert on design but it just doesnt sit well for me. Maybe lighter and brighter colours are more appropriate for this, the darker colours make it seem a little unfriendly.
Edit:
Maybe try using divs instead of tables. Tables are not really web friendly anymore, Divs are for more versatile.

Its good one. will fetch a decent 8/10. But as a designer myself i prefer a light one.

The dark one is also goo, but the words and letters has to be visible in the final outcome. Thats more important as its selling some services.

8/10. The font doesn't look lovely, (I don't like techno designs) and also the color choice is somewhat terrible. Layout is good though.
