"Boru - Account issues after the upgrades" - My account does not work

Hi, I recently volunteered with a request to remove my account (http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/165161-request-delete-account.html). But only now I read your message to all users (http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/165237-boru-account-issues-after-upgrades.html) and I realized that the problems with my account are due to the failure . I would like to cancel the request to remove my account and I would ask for a repair failure in my account (for example, lack of access to FTP).

The only repair available right now is deleting and re-creating the account, which can be done from the backend.

If you have any databases you need to save, please back them up and let us know once you done that.

I'm going to escalate this for further handling, you can access the ticket from your account panel from now on.
