Okay, so I'm another one of those affected by the Boru screw up.

I've now got a full back up of my database, so my old account is ready for deletion, so what's the drill here?

Do I need to go through signup again, or can you handle the deletion and recreation of a clean account at your end?

Hello,

I have re-created your account in the backend.

You should see an open ticket with information regarding the re-created account in your account panel, there should also have been an email sent out to the contact email set for your account.
