Ok, so finally I've the answer for my original support request, where I was asking if there was a way to retrieve at least a folder of my old data, and I'm really feel unlucky that, the first time that I use a php software that stores it's data on disk, I got a disk data loss instead the usual DB data loss .

However, I have a two months old backup, so I'll be happy if I could, at least, restore it, but I still get ftp access error (i got "421 Home directory not available - aborting"), so I'm unable to upload my old files.

But I need to cancel and re-create my account? If this is the way, I cannot register for a new account due country block .
