Broken URL

So this just randomly started happening and I've no idea what to do, the people over at esoTalk told me to edit the config.php file which I did, but without friendly url set to true it breaks my url and shows up like this

can a staff member please look into fixing this?

I added a "RewriteBase /forum/" to your .htaccess file--which has resolved this issue.
