Dear x10Hosting,
First I want to appreciate your hosting service and your support for free hosting users. I'm experiencing an issue which I presume is a bug of C Panel. I keep receiving announcements about "Maximum FTP Accounts Created" but I don't have any FTP accounts configured. Thus I can't add my domain/sub-domains.

Here is an screenshot:

I tried to reset my account by deleting everything ( according to the guide on this forum) but it didn't fix anything.

do you want to upload files to your webroot?
this may help
say, your domain is abcd.x10.mx
then
username=abcd
host=abcd.x10.mx
password=the password of your cpanel
hope this helps

Best Regards

Hi devcnax1, it looks like the `etc' directory located in your account home directory has been deleted... this is the cause of the problem. That directory must exist and it stores important account information. I've re-created your account to correct this. You should not remove critical configuration files from your account's home directory in the future.
