C-Panel Changes

Do you guys know why all back-up mechanisms were removed from the C-Panel? Also, do you guys know why Softaculous was remove from the C-Panel? I used it to install my board and wiki. I manage my forum via it. Now that it's gone, I'm completely loss.:frown:

1) The backup utility has been removed since you can simply use FTP to transfer all your files instead of using the Backup utility to cause high amounts of resource usage and double your disk space.

2) Softaculous shouldn't have been removed from your cPanel. Please create a new support ticket.

using FTP for back-up is not a one click task - be sure to down load ALL of your files from ALL of your folders

you will need to use phpMyAdmin inside cPanel to backup ALL of your databases

if your account is on server cluster Stoli or Boru - they are still undergoing maintenance and updates
might be more change made to your account

Thank you for your replies. I have now created a ticket for the missing Softaculous.

The Softaculous is removed this cpanel checked :S
