hello i need help please

i can not acesse my DirectAdmin and my website with my home network
I have a problem accessing the server @ x15, with my fixed internet at home but with a mobile network I have access.
From what i read the symptoms seem to be ip blocked.
I was editing a blog post on my wordpress website, and suddenly I couldn't open the website and my DirectAdmin.
The home ip is 79.169.10.18.

Can someone help me?

Is this still a problem? I did not find that IP in firewall or the blacklist. It is possible it was a temp block in the firewall though.

Hello Anna, thank you for helping me, I have noticed that the first accesses of the day to the website and the server are successful, but after some interactions in the website's backoffice or in the server's control panel, the computer I am using and all the devices that connect through the same internet with the IP that I have already mentioned.

it happened just now after reading your answer i entered the website i went to the website's Blackoffice (wordpress) where i just made a few clicks and tried to access the server's control panel where after having logged in i ended up being blocked right away

what I find strange is when I use my smartphone I repeat exactly the same processes as on the desktop computer but using the mobile internet and I am not blocked it just happens when I use the internet at home (cable internet).

do you have any idea what could be happening because i get blocked?

Looks like too many failed login attempts, this is in firewall currently for the IP you posted from: "Blocked with Directadmin Brute Force Manager"

With "server's control panel", what exact URL are you referring to?
