How long do you think it'll take? :S Seems a little strange that you get suspended because you don't sign in to the forums - I'm still actively updating the site...

If I upgrade to Premium, will the suspension be lifted? Can I then run my site without having to sign in to the forums?!

Unless you were suspended over 10 days ago, you should be able to unsuspend yourself from the account panel at http://x10hosting.com/control assuming your suspension reason is inactivity.

The premium plan does not require signing onto the forums.

Your account is not suspended.
Problems that you seen might be related to the move to a new DC.
If it was suspended there'd be a page saying account suspended, and not just a few things not working.

Thanks fo the replies guys - one of the things that wasn't working was the PHP mail function and it has been announced that that WILL be down for the moment on x10 hosting. I'm considering upgrading to Premium
