As the title say, can I get a refund on the Inactivity Timer? Sadly I'm finding that the IT dept and other people on my side are not providing much help to solve my problems.
I found a new webhost that has Cpanel on it, both free and paid, and everything is working fine with it. I understand that the real issue is on our end, but noone want to do anything about it. I'm sorry to be mean, but I'm just fed up with the crap that I been given.
X10, it not your fault, you done what you can, but at this time, the only way of solving this is by moving webhosts.
