Can i get more than 3 SQL databases on my free account?

No, not on the base free account, unless you buy the Double Everything package-then you have 6.

you could apply for an ad-enhanced plan if you put the ad-codes found in your account panel and post back if you need more mySQL db's

You could use different prefixes for the tables.

For example:
forum_users
forum_posts
forum_topics


site_pages
site_links
site_accounts


Get it?
That way you don't need MORE databases, just use one with tables properly prefixed so you don't mix them up and break everything

The Double Everything package can be applied up to two times, so you can have up to 12 databases if you use only the Double Everything packages to upgrade your free hosting account.

And, if you use the double everything 2x with table name prefixes (ala ivandist's post), the possibilities are endless!
