Can I get my backup?

Hello,
you have suspended my site for 62759EEAEEB6 (wrong language) But can I get the files and databases that are on my account? Than I can run my website as fast I can on an other host.

my username is youbetit, and domain newkidsvideo.co.cc

and last week I have upgraded my account, cant I use the paid hosting rules now, because my hosting isnt free, because i paid 2,99 dollar

The only way to use the paid rules is to upgrade to premium hosting. Paying a small, optional, fee to enhance the free hosting account does not make it count as a paid account.

Your account is still on the free servers, so free hosting rules apply.

I can unsuspend your account if you agree to provide a full and accurate translation of your site, that is easy to access at all times.

I believe that you can unsupend yourself or a manager will do so if you agree to provide a full translation. You will then have access to your file/account.

As for december 1st, this will be a zero policy offence.
