im not replying to your newest post requesting a disk space increase,
it stands a better chance of staff replying then.
it might take a while before staff sees your post, plus with the holidays to. that dont help much.
but id give it a few days if they dont reply by then ill sent a request for staff to look at it.
it can take sometimes 3 to 7 days before its seen.

staff has to review your website first.
all files must be used by website and follow the terms of service.
any needed backups or archived files should be downloaded then removed from server.
using web-space to store files is not permitted.

it can take a few days for staff to review your free website.

a notice to a staff member was sent 2 days ago,
staff can take up to like 7 to 10 days (or longer) to reply.
you only get fast support with premium accounts.
but staff will reply when they can.
just need to have some patience.
