Can I request a sub-domain change?

I recently found x10hosting for a temporary project and turns out I like the free service here more than the other server host I was using and decided I'd want to move to this one.


I'd just like the account's new sub-domain changed to "Codingale" on the forums, it should be linked via email. I seen a post somewhere about it but it was never really answered. Will my FTP username change etc? What about my forums name?

Also, I'd just like to say the support I've got here was far better than the other hosts and if I get the spare money I'll upgrade but as of currently I'm still unable to.

Great to hear you're sticking with x10Hosting. Please could you tell us exactly what your current domain name is, and what you would like us to change it to?

Your main domain name can be .x10.mx, .x10.bz, .elementfx.com, .x10host.com or .pcriot.com.

Wow that was fast! double.elementfx.com is the current one and I think I wouldn't mind a nod to you all with codingale.x10.mx Also it seems my username was auto assigned to the account's name rather than a custom user name...

I've now queued the change to your account's main domain name, and the change should be completed in a few minutes. Your cPanel and forum usernames will need to remain the same, however, as we can't change usernames due to conflicts it causes with the servers.
