Can i Use Joomla

i want to use Joomla
can i install it directly from cpanel ,or i have to upload it ?
can istall templates of joomla , i mean we can upload zip files ?

Why not? You are allow to upload any file type as long as it does not break the TOS

You can install it through Fantastico or download it from the Joomla website and upload it yourself.

Of course you can install different templates for joomla - this just involves uploading the template into the templates folder for joomla.
